The Office of Data and Accountability (ODA) supports Texas A&M AgriLife Extension programs by transforming data into meaningful, actionable insight. We collaborate with specialists and program leaders—many of whom lead grant-funded initiatives—to design and develop standardized data collection systems that ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across programs. Our solutions provide real-time reporting, customized data outputs, and user-friendly interfaces that make it easier to collect, manage, and interpret information.
Through intentional application development and data standardization, we strengthen accountability and streamline reporting to funders, as well as state and federal stakeholders. By delivering reliable, timely data in the formats funders require, we help programs demonstrate impact, maintain strong funding relationships, and support the long-term sustainability of Extension initiatives.
